PLEASE READ BEFORE USING THE APP
Terms of Use
Last updated: October 14, 2026
These terms apply to the Bro Wallet Android app and browallet.app (“Bro Wallet”, “Bro”, “we”, or “us”). By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or the website.
1. What Bro Wallet provides
Bro Wallet is software for managing self-custody digital asset wallets on public blockchain networks. It can show balances and activity, prepare transfers and swaps, and connect you to independent third-party services and dapps. Bro Wallet is not a bank, broker, exchange, custodian or investment adviser, and nothing in the app or on this site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
2. Self-custody and your responsibility
Your recovery phrase and private keys are held on your device. You are responsible for securing your device and safely backing up your recovery phrase. Anyone who obtains your recovery phrase can control the associated assets. We cannot recover a lost phrase, restore access, reverse a confirmed transaction or reimburse losses. We will never ask for your recovery phrase.
3. Transactions and digital asset risks
Digital assets are volatile and may lose some or all of their value. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible and may fail, be delayed or cost network fees even when they fail. Quotes, balances, prices, token information and network data can be incomplete, delayed or wrong. Check the network, recipient, token, amount, fees and details before you approve a transaction. You decide whether and when to approve and broadcast it.
4. Swaps and bridges
Swap and bridge quotes come from independent providers, such as LI.FI, 0x, Jupiter, Relay, Symbiosis and STON.fi, and are carried out by their smart contracts and services, not by us. A quote is an estimate: the amount you receive can differ within the slippage you accept, and a quote can expire before you confirm. A cross-network route can take several minutes, can involve several steps and providers, and can stop part-way, leaving funds in an intermediate token or on an intermediate network in your own wallet. Network fees, provider fees and any service fee are shown in the quote before you confirm. We do not guarantee any provider's availability, price, route or result, and a provider's own terms may apply to your swap.
5. Unverified tokens
Anyone can create a token on a public blockchain. Bro Wallet can show and let you trade tokens that no one has verified, including new tokens and tokens that arrive in your wallet without your request. Such tokens can be worthless, impossible to sell, imitations of well-known tokens or part of a scam, and their prices can be missing or misleading. They trade with wide slippage. Showing a token in the app is not an endorsement. You alone bear the risk of buying, holding, selling or interacting with any token, and you should check the contract before you trade.
6. Dapps and WalletConnect
When you connect a website or app with WalletConnect, that dapp is an independent third party. It can ask you to sign messages and transactions; you approve or reject each request in Bro Wallet. A signature can grant a dapp permission to move tokens, so only approve requests you understand, from sites you trust. Disconnect sites you no longer use.
7. Third-party services
Wallet features depend on independent blockchains, RPC providers, price and portfolio services, swap protocols and other providers. Their services may change, become unavailable, or have separate terms and privacy policies. We do not control these services or guarantee their operation, quotes or results.
8. Acceptable use
You agree to use Bro Wallet only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for determining whether your use is lawful where you are, and for any taxes or reporting obligations that apply to you. Do not use Bro Wallet to interfere with the service, other users or third-party systems.
9. Availability, liability and changes
We may change, suspend or discontinue app features or website content. We provide the app and the site on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and to the extent permitted by law we are not liable for losses arising from blockchain transactions, third-party services, tokens, or the loss or disclosure of your recovery phrase. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page with its “Last updated” date.
